Hello Year 6! Welcome to our FAQ page. This page will be used to answer any of your questions that you have about transition. You can ask your questions in your transition session in school or by emailing The Year 6 Team. We will do our very best to answer your questions and post the answers below! Please check if your question has already been answered on this page before asking a new question.

 

 

 

What should I bring to the transition sessions?

As little as possible! This is to try to reduce the risk of any germs/viruses spreading. The only items you will need are: a water bottle, sun hat/rain jacket (depening on the weather) and any essential medication. You should also bring any books that belong to Miss Foster, Mrs Thompson or the school with you and deposit them in the drop box on your way in. If you need to bring a phone with you, that is ok. Remember, you are only in school for 2 hours. The most important things you need bring are yourself and a smile!
