We live the example set in the Great Commission (Mathew 28) and when we write policies we always remember that:

Let love abide here.
Love of one another, love of mankind, love of life itself and love of God .
Let us remember that as many hands build a house, so many hearts create a school.
The Vine School has a large number of policies that detail the procedures we follow in a wide range of areas. The Governors have established a cycle of policy development and review to ensure that the latest guidance is incorporated.

As of 1st September 2023, the school has no employees with a gross annual salary of £100,000 or more. (This has been the case since the school opened).
