Welcome to Friday - you made it! In fact, you smashed it! We have been so proud of your positive attitudes towards studying this week - we have seen a lot of high quality learning. It has also been great to hear how much you have enjoyed completing it!

Good morning, Year 6! It was fantastic to hear from so many of you yesterday, and especially lovely to see the photos of you all, either in your study corners or enjoying yourselves in the sun! Your learning this week continues to wow us - you have definitely stepped up to the challenge. We have particularly enjoyed reading your song lyrics. It seems we might have some future chart-topping artists among us! We can't wait to hear your song versions next week!

Wednesday 22nd April 2020

Happy Wednesday! We are half way through the week! Well done to all those children who have really challenged themselves with their learning this week. You may have noticed that we have stepped up the level of learning this week (there is a little bit more and it is a little bit tricker). This is to reflect what we would be doing in school at this time of year - summer 1 is usually a challenging half term for Year 6. We promise that we are not being mean, we just want to make sure that we are continuing with similar expectations that we would have if we were in school so that you are prepared for Year 7. You are doing an amazing job so keep up the great work! We are really proud of you and the commitment that you are showing to your remote learning.

Good morning again Year 6! How are you this morning? We hope that you are well. It's another lovely, sunny day today so let's get ready to start our learning. We look forward to receiving your emails today when you show us what fantastic learning you have been doing. Try to aim for one email at the start of the week (before Wednesday) and one email towards the end of the week if you can. (Pearl class are definitely winning with the emails at the moment, come on Opal class!)

Happy Monday! We hope you had a lovely Easter holiday and are ready to get stuck in to your learning again.
