Thank you to everyone who took part in the challenges last week. We were blown away by your engagement and positivity in this. Those of you who sent your challenges should have received a WOW card please let us know if you have not.

In the end, Mr Richardson managed to get 4 T-shirts so we are lucky to have 4 winners.

It was such a difficult decision but we have our 4 winners and they are......
